Mortgage rates and terms vary between lenders and choosing the best one will save you money and help you pay it off faster. I suggest you compare mortgages available from your current financial institution and others. I can refer you to professionals who can help you secure financing, often at better terms and rates than you can get at your bank. Mortgage brokers are paid by the lender so there's no cost to you.
